FINDING FORWARD 
A 90 minute 1:1 rest to help you gently press the play button of your life again. 
When your world has been turned upside down and you don't know how to move forwards,  this is where you begin.

Traumatic loss lives inside us. We're never the same person we were before. It can become stuck, trapped with no way out unless we find a way to begin to move forwards. 

You're not supposed to be here. 
One moment life made sense. 

The next it had changed forever. 


Now you're trying to exist and function in a body and life that doesn't feel like your own anymore. 


This isn't simply grief. 


It's traumatic grief. 


It can leave you feeling:

- stuck

- lost

- numb

- disconnected

- overwhelmed 

It can feel like your life has been put on pause...

... or like the cassette tape has got all tangled up (or pulled out completely). 


Everything you thought you knew, who you were, how life worked, what the future looked like has been disrupted and life will never look the the same. 


And yet you're feeling like you're ready for someone to help show you how to pick life back up again. 


Not your old life or the old you. 


But what your life could look like now. 

You might recognise:

  • You’re functioning on the outside, but struggling underneath 
  • You don’t know how to move forward without feeling like you’re leaving them behind 
  • You feel stuck between who you were and who you are now 
  • You’re overthinking everything, but still have no clarity 
  • People think you’re “doing well”… but they don’t see the full picture

 This is where Finding Forward comes in 


This is way more than a grief coaching session.

This is a 90 minute reset. 

A space where you can:

  • pause
  • breathe
  • begin to make sense of what's happening


Without pressure, expectations, judgement or having to be 'ok'. 

Finding Forward...



Together, we will:


  • explore why you feel the way you do (so you stop questioning yourself) 
  • uncover where you feel stuck, and what’s keeping you there 
  • create space from the intensity of your thoughts and emotions 
  • reconnect you with a sense of you again identify a way forward that feels possible, not forced


After this session you will leave with


  • A clearer understanding of what you’re experiencing 
  • A sense of emotional grounding 
  • Relief from feeling like you’re doing this “wrong” 
  • A shift in how you see your situation 
  • One gentle, doable step forward

 

Not everything will be solved. This isn't a one time 'fix it' solution (sorry there's no such thing) But something will shift. And you will walk away with a renewed sense of hope and knowing your way through. 


It's easy to tell yourself "I'll figure it out", or "I'll give it more time", but traumatic loss doesn't heal itself with time alone. 


The longer you stay stuck in survival mode the harder it becomes to reconnect with yourself and life. 


This isn't because you're broken or you're failing, but because no one has shown you how.


You don't have to stay here. You can choose to move, to find a way forwards.

How Do I Know I Need a Finding Forward Session?

If you’ve been sensing that you’re finally emerging out of the fight, flight or freeze mode of survival and been feeling a move towards… a next step, but aren’t sure where to start, then a Finding Forward Session is going to bring that clarity for you to explore this.

You might have done some grief work before (counselling, therapy etc) but this session is going to help you focus on what you need to do in order to move forwards with your life.



Is It Possible To Book More Than One Finding Forward Session?

You will come away from your session with so much clarity and a new sense of direction that you’ll be fired up and ready to get to work on creating your next chapter. If you find that you want additional support to implement all we discuss, then there is always an invitation for you to join my long term grief coaching program 'Becoming'. You will receive a credit for this should you choose to join as a thank you for having the courage to work with your grief to find a pathway through life.
